Which EUC should I start with?
Most new riders should begin with a lightweight 14-inch or 16-inch model, then move into suspension or long-range wheels after they can mount, brake, and ride predictably.
How should I charge and store the battery?
Use the supplied or confirmed compatible charger, charge in a clean dry area, keep the battery away from extreme heat, and avoid long-term storage at fully empty or fully full charge.
Do I need safety gear?
Yes. A helmet, wrist protection, knee protection, and visibility lighting are strongly recommended. Faster EUCs call for motorcycle-grade protection.
