Return eligibility, refund timing, restocking rules, and required RMA steps.

Return window
Eligible products may be returned within 15 days after delivery. You must request a return authorization before sending anything back. Items returned without an RMA may be refused or delayed.
Returned items must be new, unused, unmodified, complete, and in original packaging with manuals, chargers, keys, accessories, and protective materials included.
Items that cannot be returned
Used vehicles, ridden EUCs, ridden scooters, opened safety gear, installed parts, digital warranty plans, clearance items marked final sale, and products damaged by the customer are not eligible for buyer's remorse returns.
If a delivered item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, contact support so we can review repair, replacement, or refund options under the applicable policy.
Return shipping and restocking
Customers are responsible for return shipping on buyer's remorse returns. Original shipping costs and payment processing costs may be deducted where allowed by law.
Large vehicle returns may be subject to a restocking fee when cartons, packing materials, or inspection labor are required to restore the product for resale.

Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Most refunds are submitted within 3-7 business days after inspection. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.
