How approved refunds are reviewed, calculated, and returned to the original payment method.

Refund approval
Refunds are available only when a return, cancellation, price correction, damage claim, or order issue is approved under the applicable Electric Boom policy.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We cannot refund to a different card, cash app, bank account, or person.
Possible deductions
Return shipping, failed delivery fees, restocking fees, missing accessories, damage, and non-refundable payment or financing fees may be deducted from an approved refund where allowed by law.
Refund timing
Once approved, refunds are normally submitted within 3-7 business days. Payment providers may need additional time to post the credit to your account.
