Cancellation Policy
How to cancel orders before dispatch and how cancellations are handled after shipment.

Before shipment
Contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation. If the order has not been packed, transferred to a carrier, or assigned to freight pickup, we will attempt to cancel and refund it.
After shipment
Once an order ships, cancellation may not be possible. Refused deliveries, failed delivery attempts, and carrier return fees may be deducted from any approved refund.
Preorders
Preorders may be cancelled before the product is allocated for shipment unless the product page states otherwise. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed.
