Limited warranty coverage
Eligible electric unicycles and scooters include up to a 2-year limited warranty against qualifying defects in materials or workmanship. Accessory warranties vary by product and are listed on product pages.
Warranty coverage belongs to the original purchaser and begins on the delivery date. Proof of purchase, serial number, photos or video, and diagnostic details may be required.
What is not covered
The warranty does not cover crash damage, misuse, water intrusion, unauthorized modification, opened battery packs, improper charging, commercial rental use, normal wear items, cosmetic damage, tires, tubes, pads, grips, bearings, pedals damaged by impact, or damage caused by storage outside recommended conditions.
How to start a claim
Contact the service center before sending any product back. We will review the issue and may provide troubleshooting steps, replacement parts, remote diagnosis, or an RMA for inspection.
Customers are responsible for safely packaging products for service. Battery products must be shipped only according to carrier requirements and our written instructions.
