Shipping Policy

Delivery timing, freight handling, signature requirements, damage reporting, and shipping charges for Electric Boom orders.

Where we ship

Eltric Boom ships eligible products to valid street addresses in the United States. We do not ship vehicles to PO boxes, parcel lockers, freight forwarders, hotels, or temporary addresses unless approved in writing before purchase.

Some products cannot ship to certain states, municipalities, or carrier zones because of local laws, battery transport rules, or service limitations. If an order cannot be shipped, we will contact you and issue a full refund for any unavailable item.

Processing and delivery timing

Orders approved before 1:00 PM CT ship same or next business day.

Most in-stock accessory orders ship within 1-2 business days. Most in-stock vehicle orders ship within 1-3 business days after payment review. Preorder and special-order items ship after inventory arrives and passes inspection.

Shipping charges

Eligible vehicle orders over $499 include insured standard shipping. Accessory-only orders under $499 may show a shipping charge during checkout. Expedited services, remote-area surcharges, failed delivery fees, and address correction fees are not included in free shipping.

Delivery inspection

Inspect the carton before signing. If visible damage is present, photograph the packaging, ask the carrier to note the damage, and contact us within 48 hours. Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.

For freight deliveries, missed appointments, refused deliveries without documented damage, or unapproved address changes may result in carrier fees.
